2009 Fragrance, Beauty & Personal Care Compensation Survey

We invite your participation in the 5th annual edition of the Fragrance, Beauty & Personal Care Compensation Survey. This survey has been constructed in collaboration with the Personal Care Products Council (formerly CTFA). It has been developed in response to numerous requests to capture compensation data (including Annual Base Pay, Bonus, Profit Sharing, Total Compensation and Targeted Bonus percentage) for the unique positions within the Fragrance, Beauty, and Personal Care industries.

We’re confident that this data will provide participants with an unprecedented degree of comprehensive understanding of the competitive compensation marketplace for the Fragrance, Beauty, and Personal Care Industries.

Whether you only need the basic Standard Report in .PDF or .XLS, which covers all of the participants and all of the jobs, or complex reporting “drill-down” capabilities, all levels of survey results can be obtained from DataCentral.  It provides participants detailed and customized reports beyond those available in the Standard Report, with access to the survey database for your own generation of reports built to your specifications.  It is ideal for those who want reports on selected sets of companies or to meet selected scoping specifications.  It also provides comparative analysis reports, to review how your organization compares to others. 

All participants now have access to DataCentral for a 2 week period… You choose when you want your access to start and you can download, run special cuts, and save them on your PC for access and use at anytime in the future.  During your access period, you can download both the .PDF and/or .XLS versions of the Standard Report, as well as create and run additional, unlimited data cuts based on selections by company, product, geography, employment/revenue size, etc.

For those who need longer access to run reports throughout the year, the 3 month or 1 year subscription options are available and allow you to run unlimited reports for the full period of your subscription. Again, all of these can be saved on your own PC for later access at anytime
