Our schedule calls for the production and distribution of this year's survey in July 2010. In order to meet this output schedule, it is extremely important for you to submit your information to us as soon as possible, so we may audit and verify your entries, and have ample time to clarify any data or policy questions with you. Final Reports will be produced on a FIFO (first in - first out) basis. The earlier you submit your data, the earlier you will be placed in the production cycle.
For those submitting data electronically, we suggest that you submit your data via email or CD at your earliest convenience in order to allow us time to verify that they are in a form which is readable and in conformance with format criteria. This will help us avoid and minimize the impact of last minute problems.
