Previously unavailable outside an inner-circle of large multi-national corporations, this survey now opens the door to companies who traditionally would not have access to the high quality and quantity of remuneration information found in the Executive Remuneration Survey.

The survey has been designed to collect and analyse Executive-level positions utilising an innovative “Top-Down” functional approach to job matching. The study covers 41 countries across EMEA, Latin America, AsiaPac, and the Americas. To date over seventy participants have provided remuneration figures for more than 8,000 employees to the survey database.  The survey also works hand-in-hand with all of our international surveys, which cover a wide variety of benchmark positions found further down the organization.

All results are provided in both PDF and XLS Formats, including uploadable XLS versions.
