PolicyCentral is where compensation related policy and practices information is collected and analyzed through our website. This is your online source for compensation policy issues such as Merit Increase Budgets, Salary Structure Adjustments, Automobile Policy, Bonus Plans, Employee Benefit Plans and more.

PolicyCentral is available FREE of charge, whether you participate in our Compensation Surveys or not. Over 100 topics are available, and once you enter your own data on any topic, you can generate a report for that topic.

Once your information is in PolicyCentral, you only need to review and update your changes annually. All of your previous data is retained for modification, and if you are in multiple WMG surveys, you only need to enter/update annually, and it covers all of your surveys. We understand that it may represent an investment of your time to enter your company data the first time for these core topics, but once your data is in, updating it next year won’t take as much of your time.

NEW FOR 2007 – EXPANDED REPORTING CAPABILITIES: Beginning in 2007, you can customize your reports by selecting specific companies, business segments, geographic areas, and more. You can also receive reports in colorful graphics and downloadable spreadsheet format – all free of charge.
